Lovely three bedroom house with full basement on a bit more than 12 acres is up for sale. Now that Tim and Donna are moving to Richmond, Virgin, this wonderful newly constructed house, designed with love and experience, is on the market. I am happy for Donna and her new position, but I am very sad to be loosing a quick two hour access to them both. The landscaping alone is wonderful. Donna has put her heart and soul into the selection of each plant. Remember, when this land was purchased it was solid trees. They both have healed, but scarred ankles to prove it. The screened in porch is heaven and the view into the woodland is very peaceful. Sometimes critters make special guest appearances.
The pictures don't do it justice. (I'm having trouble getting two additional pictures on this post. But I'll keep trying.) More on this whole turn of events later. The little blue fuzz on the left side of the picture is my glove.

Wow... They're moving? After all that work, and toil. I bet it will be hard to leave it behind. I had no idea it was twelve acres... talk about privacy.
